Nothing displayed in FNODATA — including option chains, Greeks, payoff diagrams, strategy templates, position P&L, alerts, or any other computed value — constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading recommendations, or any solicitation to buy or sell any security.

Strategy names (Iron Condor, Straddle, Butterfly, etc.) and their displayed characteristics are educational illustrations of standard options structures, not recommendations that you should trade them. The presence of a strategy in FNODATA does not mean we think you should use it.

2. Not SEBI-registered

Kiaora International, operating as FNODATA, is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as:

• A Stockbroker
• An Investment Advisor (under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013)
• A Research Analyst (under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014)
• A Portfolio Manager
• A Merchant Banker

We do not hold any such registration and do not perform any regulated activity requiring one. FNODATA is a software tool that visualizes market data the User already has access to via their own broker.

3. Trading involves substantial risk

Trading in Futures and Options is inherently risky and can result in the total loss of your invested capital, and in some cases losses exceeding your initial margin. F&O products use leverage; small market moves can cause disproportionate gains or losses.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. You should only trade amounts you can afford to lose entirely. If you do not fully understand options trading, consult a qualified financial professional before making trading decisions.

4. Past performance ≠ future results

Any historical prices, example scenarios, or backtested data shown in FNODATA are for illustration only. Past market movement is not indicative of future performance. No strategy is guaranteed to be profitable.

5. Data accuracy

Market data is fetched live from your broker's API. Data may be delayed, interrupted, or inaccurate due to broker-side issues, network latency, rate limiting, system maintenance, or software bugs. Computed metrics (Greeks via Black-Scholes, implied volatility via bisection, P&L, payoff diagrams) are mathematical estimates based on standard models and may differ from real-world execution prices due to market microstructure, bid-ask spreads, slippage, and other factors.

Never execute a trade based solely on values shown in FNODATA without cross-verifying against your broker's own platform.

6. No liability for losses

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Kiaora International and FNODATA shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, lost profits, slippage, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on FNODATA. You use FNODATA entirely at your own risk.

7. No guarantees

FNODATA does not guarantee:

• Uptime or continuous availability of the service
• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market data
• Accuracy of computed values (Greeks, IV, P&L, payoff)
• Profitability of any strategy or trade
• That the service will be free of bugs or errors

8. Third-party brokers

FNODATA integrates with third-party broker APIs (Upstox at launch; others planned). Kiaora International has no control over these third parties and is not responsible for their services, uptime, data accuracy, fees, or terms of service. Your relationship with your broker is governed solely by the agreement between you and them.

9. Consult a professional

Before making any trading or investment decision, you should consult a qualified SEBI-registered investment advisor, tax advisor, or financial planner. FNODATA is a tool for viewing and analyzing market data — it is not a substitute for professional financial advice.
