1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Kiaora International("FNODATA", "we", "us"), operating the website fnodata.in and the FNODATA web application. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What FNODATA is

FNODATA is an analytics and visualization tool for Indian Futures & Options (F&O) market data. We display live option chains, compute derived metrics (Greeks, P&L, payoff diagrams), and provide a strategy builder for constructing multi-leg options positions.

FNODATA is not a stockbroker, not an investment advisor, and not a research analyst. We do not place trades, hold custody of funds, or recommend what to buy or sell. All trading decisions are made by the User in their own broker account.

3. Accounts and authentication

To use FNODATA, you sign in with a Google account and connect a supported broker account (Upstox at launch; Zerodha, Dhan, Angel One, and ICICI Direct planned). Authentication happens via OAuth on your provider's own login page. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and billing

Every new User receives a 30-day free trial with full access to their tier's features.
After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription to one of our plans (Basic, Pro, or Ultra). Prices are shown on the pricing page in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to 18% GST.
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes apply only to future billing periods.

See our Refund Policy for details. In summary: paid subscription fees are non-refundable except for billing errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the service
Scrape, mirror, or republish our displayed data or UI
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to FNODATA
Abuse the service by running automated requests that exceed normal human use
Use the service to circumvent any broker's rate limits or terms of service
Share your account credentials with another person

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

7. Market data and broker relationship

Market data displayed in FNODATA is fetched from your own broker account using access tokens you have authorized. The data is yours, sourced from your broker. We do not redistribute or republish data from one User to another. If your broker revokes API access or changes their terms, parts of FNODATA may stop working for you until the issue is resolved.

8. Intellectual property

The FNODATA name, logo, website, application code, design, and content are the property of Kiaora International. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription period.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

FNODATA is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate due to broker API limits, network issues, or software bugs. Computed values (Greeks, P&L, payoff) are mathematical estimates based on standard models and may differ from real-world execution prices.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Kiaora International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, lost data, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of FNODATA. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use FNODATA ends, but these Terms' disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions survive.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of FNODATA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notification at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
