Refund Policy

30-day free trial

Every new user gets 30 days of full access on sign-up, no payment required. You can cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged. During the trial you have access to all features of your chosen tier.

Paid subscriptions are non-refundable

Once you upgrade to a paid plan (Basic, Pro, or Ultra), subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period but will not receive a refund for unused days within that period.

This policy is clearly disclosed before you enter payment details and is accepted by you at the moment of purchase.

Exceptions we will always honor

We will issue a full refund in the following cases, regardless of the time elapsed since the charge:

  • Duplicate charges — our billing system charged you twice for the same subscription period.
  • Unauthorized transactions — a charge was made without your knowledge or consent (for example, subscription continued after you cancelled).
  • Billing errors — you were charged for the wrong plan, the wrong amount, or after you had already cancelled.
  • Service unavailability — if FNODATA is entirely inaccessible for a prolonged period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to our infrastructure failure within a paid billing cycle.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method through Razorpay.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will keep access until then. No refund is provided for unused days in the current period.

How to request an exception refund

Email us at support@fnodata.in with:

  • Your account email address
  • The transaction ID or order ID from Razorpay
  • A clear description of the issue

We aim to respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days of approval.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us first — we are responsive and will work with you to resolve any legitimate billing issue directly.
